THE YOUNG FOLKS SHELF OF BOOKS

Iread a book with a lot folk stories. My favorite was ''THE LION AND THE MOUSE''. It was about a lion that gets captured by hunters the hunters left to get a wagon to carry a lion in. When they were gone a mouse began nibbiling on the net and let the lion go the lion was very greatful.

Today I read the comics my favorite one was zits by:scott and borgman .ITS about a teenager and parts of his life .This one was about his dad comming home his dad said '' where can you find your car keys befor your kid is a lisends driver '' and it showed a picture of his car keys on the wall then it said '' where canh you find your car keys after your kid is a liseds driver.

New Moon 10/13/10

Today I read 1 more chapter it was long chapter it was chapter 7. It was about Bella going back to the Cullen's house to hear and feel Edwards presence. After that had the night mare she always had. She woke up and brushed her hair as she was brushing her hair the phone rang she dropped the brush in the toilet . She ran down stairs answered the phone it was Jacob he had fixed the motorcycles that was just the thing she needed to get her mind off the night mare. When they got there they would ride them .Bella had seen a man jump off a cliff she said''call the ambulance '' Jacob laughed he said ''there cliff diving'' . After thatshe tried to get out of the car and go cliff divebut jacob grabbed her wrist and said'' next time we can go cliff diving and when its warmer''. I liked that chapter alot.

New Moon (chapter 5 and 6) October 12,2009

This week I'm reading more of New Moon by: Stephenie Meyer. I read chapters 5 and 6. Chapter 6 was my favorite because, Bella found motorcycles and asked Jacob to fix them up for her and give her riding lessons. She wanted to be reckless and stupid so that she could hear Edwards voice again in her head. That made her believe that maybe he cared about her. I think he really did care about her even though he left her. Bella has been feeling like a zombie for a few months, but when she has spent time with Jacob, she doesn't feel happy, but she does feel better. She enjoys her time with him. She even smiles and can laugh. This is a big long book with big long words and chapters. It is taking me a while to read this book, but I really love the story. I read Twilight, and this is the next book in the series. So far, I do recommend this book.

I finished my book today and I read three more chapters. Chapter twelve was my favorite because at the end they dared them to put vegetable oil on the school door knobs. But Monica didn't do it she also wanted the tryouts to be fair so she put her rag and vegetable oil in the trash can and that's why I liked that chapter the most.I do recommend this book.

Today I read 2 more chapters.Chapter 9 was my favorite chapter because , Claudia stood up on the table and talked about making cheerleading try outs fair but no one cared monica was mad at Claudia so she pickted up her tray and went to go sit next to Anna and Carly Anna went to Claudia table and said ''we cant change the traditoin ''

Today i read chapter 7 and 8.Chapter 8 was my favorite because,the 8Th graders dared the cheerleaders that are trying out .They dared Anna to come to school looking like a clown. They made Carly have spiky hair with green red and yellow hair.They made Kristin the smartest girl say ''I don't know'', to everything.They also made Monica do the most embarrassing thing they made her stand up in the cafeteria in front of everyone and dance, sing the I'm a little tea cup. that's why its my favorite chapter.

I read two more chapters today. Chapter six is my favorite so far. There is a part in chapter 6 when they are watching a video Claudia made the day before, of Monica practicing cheerleading moves. Her face changes from a smile to a strange frown and the little neighbor boy said ''hey Monica turned in to a monster''.I thought that was hilarious.

The story is about a girl and her friends. I read 4 chapters. Chapter 4 is my favorite chapter so far. It is a good chapter because Becca and Claudia tried to convince Monica not to try out for cheer leading squad. I do recommend this book.
